Into Spring
A women’s walking retreat on Dartmoor
19-21 March 2027
Come and walk on Dartmoor in spring, as the days grow longer and the moor begins to stir back to life.
We’ll spend time walking across open moorland and exploring wild landscapes, ancient Bronze age remains and hidden valleys. Back at our cosy cottage we’ll spend evenings together enjoying nutritious food and conversation in front of the firepit or indoor fire.

2 days of guided walking on Dartmoor
The walks will include visiting ancient Bronze Age remains such as stone circles and stone rows
Exclusive use of Dartmeet Wilder Sauna, a beautiful wood-fired sauna surrounded by woodland on the river Dart
Nutritious, warming food prepared by a private chef, Corinne from Roots&Thyme
Evenings round the outdoor firepit or indoor fire (depending on weather conditions)

We will stay in a cosy 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in Hexworthy.
The cottage is a cosy, character-filled home dating back to the 1800s—rich in charm, history, and the kind of quirky, well-loved furnishings that make it feel like a visit to Nana’s (in the best possible way). It’s very much a time capsule to a simpler era, carefully maintained to preserve its old-world soul. This gentle, lived-in atmosphere is part of what makes it such a relaxing and welcoming place to stay. The cottage has no TV or wifi so is ideal for a digital detox and switching off.
The exact address will be provided on booking.
